Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 March 2026

By creating an account or using TriArchive, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of triarchive.app. TriArchive is operated by Richie Crehan, trading as TriArchive, from New Zealand.

What TriArchive Does

TriArchive is a web-based tool that uses artificial intelligence to parse unstructured workout content — such as screenshots, pasted text, and spoken descriptions — into structured training data. Users can then export this structured data to third-party platforms such as Intervals.icu, TrainingPeaks, and Garmin.

TriArchive is a parsing and formatting tool. It does not provide coaching, medical, or fitness advice. You are responsible for reviewing all parsed workout data before using it in training.

Your Account

To use TriArchive, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@triarchive.app.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Free & Paid Plans

TriArchive may offer free and paid plans. The features, usage limits, billing periods, and pricing for each plan will be shown in the app or at checkout and may change over time.

We may modify pricing or plan features with reasonable notice. If we increase the price of your active subscription, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the new price applies.

Payments & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose). All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment continues to fail, your account may be downgraded to the free tier after a 7-day grace period. You will not lose any locally stored data.

Taxes: Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your subscription based on your location.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. When you cancel, your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. You will not be charged again.

We generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. However, if you experience a significant service issue or believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at hello@triarchive.app and we will review your case fairly.

AI-Powered Parsing — Important Disclaimer

TriArchive uses artificial intelligence to parse workout content. AI technology has known limitations and may make mistakes — including misreading values, misidentifying sports, confusing units, or omitting steps. Parsed output should always be treated as a draft, not a final product.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all parsed workout data before using it in training or exporting it to any third-party platform. TriArchive is not a substitute for coaching or professional guidance. We are not liable for injuries, illness, or other harm resulting from workouts parsed by the service.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to TriArchive, including screenshots, pasted text, workout descriptions, audio, and transcripts.

By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you, including parsing, formatting, exporting, debugging service issues, preventing abuse, and maintaining security.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

TriArchive, including its website, software, interface, design, branding, logo, and original content, is owned by Richie Crehan, trading as TriArchive, or its licensors, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the service without our written permission.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the service for its intended purpose.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse TriArchive. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to access the service through automated means (bots, scrapers) without permission; using the service to build a competing product; sharing your account with others; uploading illegal, harmful, or abusive content; or attempting to interfere with the service's operation or security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Third-Party Platforms

TriArchive integrates with third-party platforms such as Intervals.icu, TrainingPeaks, and Garmin. These platforms are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of these third-party services.

If a third-party platform changes its API, features, or terms in a way that affects TriArchive's integration, we will make reasonable efforts to adapt, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility.

Service Availability

We aim to keep TriArchive available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TriArchive and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or damages arising from reliance on parsed workout data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to TriArchive in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.

Account Termination

By you: You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us at hello@triarchive.app. If you have an active subscription, we will cancel auto-renewal immediately. Unless you request earlier deletion, your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account and personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except where limited retention is required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if your payment fails and is not resolved within the grace period, or if we reasonably believe your account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify you by email before or at the time of termination and explain the reason.

Deleting your TriArchive account does not delete workouts or data that have already been exported to third-party platforms. Any data already sent to those platforms remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice within the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
