TriArchive is a workout parsing tool for triathletes and endurance athletes. We take your privacy seriously and collect only what we need to make the app work.
Workout images and text: When you upload a screenshot or paste text, it is sent to our AI service (Anthropic Claude) for parsing. We do not permanently store your uploaded images or text after parsing is complete.
Intervals.icu connection: If you choose to connect your Intervals.icu account, your API key is stored locally in your browser. We only use it to push workouts to your calendar — we do not access your activities, wellness data, or any other information.
Usage data: We use Vercel Analytics to understand how the app is used (page views, feature usage). This data is anonymous and does not identify individual users.
Feedback: When you tap thumbs up or thumbs down after a parse, we record that feedback to improve accuracy. No personal information is attached to this feedback.
We do not collect your name, email address, payment information, location data, or any health or fitness data beyond the workout content you choose to upload. We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Anthropic (Claude AI): Workout images and text are sent to Anthropic's API for parsing. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models.
Intervals.icu: If you connect your account, we send structured workout data to Intervals.icu on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time from your Intervals.icu settings page.
Vercel: Our app is hosted on Vercel. Vercel's privacy policy applies to infrastructure-level data processing.
Saved workouts and app preferences (abbreviations, Intervals.icu connection) are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data will remove this information.
You can disconnect your Intervals.icu account at any time from the home screen. You can clear all locally stored data by clearing your browser's site data for triarchive.app. For any questions or requests regarding your data, please contact us.
